Working towards a common goal

Through Team Coaching I work with teams and the individuals within the team to raise their level of self-awareness and awareness of other team members ensuring better communication, more efficient and effective decision making.

I will get to know each member of the team individually, observe and coach team meetings, creating an awareness of challenges that may arise during the process. 

You will have better functioning teams based on respect and working towards a common goal. 

Working together

1. Defining the issue

We start with a chat to understand the issues at play as well as the challenges facing the team. This session also serves as a chemistry session confirming whether we would like to work together.

2. Getting to know the team

I will meet each team member individually in confidence to build a relationship and understand their role and feelings about being part of the team.

3. Team Coaching

We would contract so as to identify the best ways in which to interact and work with the team. This will depend on how comfortable the team is with each other and the culture of the team.
